Can I custom order a shirt? You absolutely can! Take the opportunity to peruse our Design Gallery and pick the design of your choice, the size of your choice, on the style and color shirt of your choice. At SoxSuck, we aim to please and although this request may take a little longer than normal to get in your hands, we want you the customer to be happy with your purchase. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your request including children’s sizes. Custom pricing may apply and that will be fully disclosed before the order goes to production.
How can I pay for my shirt? Currently, we accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Cashier’s Check. If you don't have a credit card, please contact us at: info@soxsuckunlimited.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I combine multiple items to consolidate shipping? Absolutely and we encourage it. S&H via regular USPS is $3.99 and for each additional item, you will be charged only $1.50 per item (This does not include international shipping). UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day rates are not included in the $3.99 shipping rate.
How much is international shipping? International shipping starts at $12.00 for one shirt and $2.50 for each additional shirt. All international orders are shipped by USPS.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on your
shipping method. We offer UPS Ground Freight (5-7 days), UPS 2nd Day (2
days), and US Postal Service (7-14 days).
What size should I buy? The Jerzees shirts are your standard T-shirt sizes, but the Women’s Bella brand tends to be run on the smaller side.
What if I order the wrong size? Returns/Exchanges are good 30 days from date of purchase. Shirts must be in original, unwashed condition. Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a $4 restocking fee. Please email us at: info@soxsuckunlimited.com if you want to return your order.
